Looks like the the Russians literally wanted to get rid of the U.S. during the cold war. These newly released secret plans from 1973 show what Soviet military engineers thought the world would look like if they would be able to "correct" the world's gravitational field. How would they make these corrections you ask. Well with the dreaded A-241/BIS device of course.
